Shipping & Delivery
We accept domestic and international orders. Delivery to any location, domestic or international, may be provided via one of our available methods based on the product(s) ordered. All packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer. All orders must include a contact telephone number. Orders cannot be processed or shipped without one. We package moderate sized articles ourselves; fragile items such as chandeliers, clocks, mirrors, sculpture and paintings must be professionally packaged to meet insurance requirements (all purchases are shipped insured); they are then shipped via Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Furniture and other bulky or heavy purchases are shipped via professional common carrier (truck or cargo van) to the customer's home or business, usually within 2 weeks in North Carolina, and 4 to 6 weeks outside of North Carolina. Customers may also make their own shipping arrangements using a courier or common carrier of their choice. Purchases paid for by credit card must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address; this is a fraud-prevention requirement by our credit card processing company.

We gather individual customer information to improve the content of our Web site, to provide top quality services, and for promotional and marketing purposes. Your contact information, such as name, email, and physical address, becomes known to us only when you voluntarily supply it. We will not share any individual information about you with a third party.

Information and data about the activities of visitors to Sea Witch Antiques Web sites, such as which pages are viewed and the information you supply, for example when you register, may be gathered automatically through the use of information stored on client computers.

Returns & Replacements
The Sea Witch Antiques Satisfaction Guarantee is simply stated: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will glady refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, for those items returned within 30 days.
We stamp each piece prior to shipping. If you are returning merchandise, this ink stamp must be intact for a refund. For additional information on returns, please contact Customer Service via our Contact Us Form or by phone (910-539-4949) for further instructions. The returned item must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.

Product ordering may be performed online or in-person at our retail location in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Sea Witch Antiques accepts most Credit Cards and PayPal. Should you prefer to pay by check or money order you can you may print out your online order form and mail it to us with your payment to: Sea Witch Antiques, 708 New Bridge St., Jacksonville, NC 28540.

Please be aware that any personal check will delay your order for the amount of time it takes to process your check, usually seven to ten days.

All product prices and corresponding promotions may be altered and/or terminated without advance notice at any time.

Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information
Using the "My Account" option on this site, registered users are enabled to view numerous details regarding their profile, orders, newsletter subscription, product reviews and much more. If you have previously registered your account with us and are not able to view your online orders, please feel free to contact us via email, phone or our contact us form.
